PRIVATE PIANO LESSONS

For students, beginner to advance, looking for individualized, one-on-one piano instruction, the Kawai School of Music offers 30, 45, 60 minute piano lessons for students ages 5 and up. Our world-class piano teachers have years of experience teaching privately and understand how to work with each individual piano student to achieve their goals.

Topics covered in private lessons include music theory, piano technique, music reading and more. Private lessons offer students a comprehensive, customized learning experience that establishes a solid foundation for lifelong music creation, performance and enjoyment.

GENRES

At the Kawai School of Music, it is important for our students to understand and appreciate different styles of music. In addition to learning music theory and piano technique through established curriculum and repertoire, each student will learn and perform other musical styles including jazz, classical, and pop.

AGES & SKILL LEVELS

We offer beginner to advanced private piano lessons for students ages 5 and up. Our lessons are taught by our teachers who have a wealth of teaching and performing experience. Beginner students will learn the fundamentals of music and piano technique through established method books, while intermediate to advanced students continue to build their technique and musicality through well-known repertoire.

PROGRAM DETAILS

Under the guidance of our experienced piano teachers, all of our private piano students will receive a comprehensive piano and music education that includes piano technique, music theory, ear training, and more. We offer 30, 45, 60 minute lessons that can be scheduled according to the availability of the student. Along with learning piano technique and music theory, students will be able to participate in performances ranging from group classes to masterclasses to festivals and competitions.

Fall Semester:

30 minute weekly lesson – $570.00
45 minute weekly lesson – $850.00
60 minute weekly lesson – $1130.00

Spring Semester:

30 minute weekly lesson – $735.00
45 minute weekly lesson – $1095.00
60 minute weekly lesson – $1455.00
